The rocket is merely taking Uber-JOO back into the depths of deep space, not too far actually from the spot near Neptune where the Event Horizon first disappeared, from whence he originally came. It took a lot of effort, and the lives of many Bothans, to shackle him in those unbreakable mithril chains and wrestle him into that stasis pod, but it'll all be worth it in the end.
