Yesterday was a perfectly great decision. The Supreme Court ruled that it was nonsensical to use the demographics of over forty years ago to make policy in the current day.

Congress is free to draw a new map of states and communities that the Congress thinks are racist.

In the meantime, it is unConstitutional to regard as racist communities like Monterey, California that are ragingly liberal and have established themselves as exemplars of diversity and tolerance.

I guarantee that the sun won't set today before we see people announce that they'll be organizing for this.

It would have been better to leave DOMA alone instead of pouring gasoline on a fire.

Well, the language of the majority opinion sets up for the polygamists (Mormons, pagans, and muslims) to sue for their marriage rights.

I imagine we'll see one of those lawsuits before the court within a year or two.
