*Sighs* Listen, media organizations: ceasefires don't work if one side continues to fire weapons at another. The retaliation for such violations of a ceasefire aren't the reason why the ceasefire is coming apart. It's not that hard. Ceasefires need to be respected by both sides for them to work.
Seriously, a ceasefire was "mainly held" probably means it wasn't held at all as one side had this nagging tendency to violate it with rocket fire whenever they were bored.

I don't know why they even report on this stuff anymore. You realy can't call it "news." It hasn't been "new" for decades.

what's telling, is that it's almost always Israel's response to a barrage that is reported. The initial instigation goes unreported.
