Superior Court Judge Robert Riopelle made it clear in Timmins Friday he is not about to put up with any effort, by anyone, who tries to ignore his court order to end the ice road blockade near Attawapiskat, Ontario. He will also be taking steps to ensure the OPP does not get Caledonia-style shyness in enforcing the court order.

Hey, it's good to see at least the judge is trying.


Maybe he needs to start by arresting the OPP commissioner, and every head along the line until someone in the OPP actually enforces a legal court order.

The judge must realize there are two systems of law in this country: one for natives and one for non-natives. While I commend him for trying to correct this sometimes pissing harder into the wind just means you'll end up getting more on you.
