The Norwegians aren't inhumane, so there's not pay back. He's just using his rights to cause shit, and the media is using that to sell shit.
I guess he could be offered to be placed in general population, if that's what he really wanted, but then Norway's prison system is so effective at reforming prisoners, maybe they don't get the murders among prisoners like we do.

This guy is living proof that in some cases the Chinese method of dealing with killers is much more humane.
If they had him these inhumane prison conditions would be the least of his problems.
