Well, in your defense you're not saying anything that most people are saying and I'll give you credit for taking pause to consider the paucity of facts in this case.
Me, I would not want to be sent to prison based on such flimsy evidence and if we were talking about a bank robbery or a murder then this would never have been prosecuted on such scanty evidence.
The German judge expressed his own contempt for the evidence by sentencing Demjanjuk to time already served. Still, the man was wrongfully punished and he died in Germany instead of at home as he so rightfully deserved.
