No reason to apologise because it's not a racist phrase. The fact that the speaker of the house didn't object shows that the phrase was not racist.
If Jennings took offence, then she can approch Poilievre and they can discuss it like mature adults. .. but that won't happen because this isn't about hurt feelings but about re-enforcing a lie and distracting the media.

YOU said it was racist and insulting to all chinese immigrants over a simply error. Certainly nothing like that was intended, however an apology was warranted.
The fact that you guys are bending over backward to avoid it simply shows a lack of class and tact.
