5.8 million seals in 2004, triple their population in the 70's. The hunt has kept them "down" to that number. They are actually increasing the number of seals allowed, contrary to your "seal hunt will end" statement.

The last great campaign against the seal hunt succeeded in putting our newfies and FN on welfare. The newfies especially because without out the sealhunt, the seals ate the fish that the EU factory ships didn't vacuum up with their linered nets.
The latest campaign has convinced idiots like you to believe in unicorns (CO2 AGW) to destroy the rest of the North American economy.
