That is true and sounds logical but then WTF is with the advisory to women in Germany to "dress more modestly" and not go out unescorted? They shouldn't have to freaking change their way of life. IMO this a step in the opposite direction and that is bullshit.

Because the Germans don't have the fucking backbone to protect their women. Instead the onus is on them to protect themselves. It's the same level of stupid as short skirts cause rape.
