To be honestI really love the desert, best place in the world for me and I would miss it sorely if I ever leave it. Hence I'm also considering Australia aswell.

DD lives in the desert. Canada has 1 desert, and that one is not big enough for DD to live in :twisted:


Well technically a lot of the Arctic is a desert. Lots of room there! :lol:

With oilsand comes a lot of . .well. . . sand. One of the largest deserts in Canada is near Fort McMurray - the Athabasca Sand Dunes.

But Australia is much warmer. ;)

Well thats really a small desert with tiny dunes and you really can't explore it and yeah Oz has much better temps aswell.

(I always thought the only official Canadian desert was near Osoyoos :) Learn something new every day! :P)

The Tundra has rainfall levels similar to large hot/arid deserts and is very large. Like bigger than the Sahara.
