They have listed the land they are close enough to a city someone will decide to build houses as happens to farm land near cities
That's the sad part. Much of the land on the farm I grew up on is also subdivided into acreages. Ones I can't afford.

What is really sad is how many people in cities seem to think food comes from the store. Can see no reason to be concerned about the weather or how it will change food prices. So many here are happy when there is no snow no worries about the water table or if the local farmers will be able to get through the season. Then there the ones who complain about migrant workers no one else wants the jobs. It's a dam good thing most farmers love their land cause it's not a job you do for the big bucks
