Eh, not all of it. Ferreting out people who were collaborators with the muslim occupiers of Spain is no different than what the CSIS is doing by ferreting out muslim terrorists in Canada. The problem with the Inquisition is that it went far beyond the scope of its mandate and it should be properly noted that it was the Catholic Church that finally ordered it stopped due to its excesses.

Have a look at what is going on in your own country wrt the fight against gays and those whack jobs that protest at the funerals of fallen soldiers. They claim the soldiers died because God is reaping vengence on the US for allowing gays in the military under the "Don't ask don't tell" policy. The point is, when extremists utilize a book and manipulate the meanings to their own ends, it's dangerous for everyone.
