I rolled my eyes at these two comments. Why specifically target Muslims as a scapegoat in this thread? It's obvious there some underlying bigotry towards a certain ethnic group. If they didn't why would they make such comments?. Regardless of any religion, bad parenting is bad parenting.

It would appear you have a problem when it comes to calling them as we see it, "Jihadists are unfit parents." they are imo. They just happen to be Muslim when they are. If it was a crusade by Christians I would be calling them Crusaders, I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem with that though.

Looks like a little background information is required here. The current "jihad" regarding the first comment you cite. Is referring to the Jihad against the west you know 911 and whatnot. You do realize were are aware not all Muslims are jihadists right ? So your assertion that we paint all Muslims with the same brush is wrong. If it makes me a bigot for not being a fan of a radical part of a religon that has declared open season us, I'd rather be a bigot than a fool.

the underlying point some of us were trying to get across is what constitutes unfit parents, the same zeal that was shown to protect these kids from some Neo-Nazi asshole raising his kids, who never took them to a war zone Was never shown to the Khadr family.

That's all were pointing out, is the hypocrisy.

But then I suppose if I was running that particular children's aid agency in Ontario I would be a little leary of stepping into their home to check on their kids, just because of people like you.
