Everything and everybody are not being asked to adjust. One skirt on one person is the issue.

I'll bet if she couldn't wear those heels her boss would let her wear flats.

she could not for what reason? my guess is - health, and that would be right, cause health may change,and her employer could probably go meet half-way. But how come religious considerations have bacome so actual all out of a sudden?

if she knew she would have a problem with the uniform as it was, she should have raised that question (of the possibility to adjust the uni according to her religious beliefs) BEFORE she signed up
