Yet I will scream to the top of my lungs and demand the "His body his Rights" "No one should tell him what he can and can't do with his body". Does the " " sound a bit familiar? You can't deny him founding for his health care either because then you are just having him go to some back ally quack to a vacuum cleaner lypo suction treatment.

Why should the government tell me how to live. It's my body. If I want to have a 4l big gulp or 30 Big Mac's, that's MY decision. This is the downside to Social Democracy.

That's not how a free and fair society with socialized medicare works. I have a right to the public health care system, but you (the government) have no right to dictate what I do with my body.

Sorry, if you have the right to do what you want with your body, then I have the right to reduce healthcare (taxes) costs through prevention or exclusion. Same goes for parents who choose no to vaccinate their ankle biters. No one else's ankle biters have to suffer disease and disability because of their choices, so they get excluded from school till they are vaccinated. Or they can be home schooled, at the parents cost.

Then I am sure you would be for de-funding or at least reduction through prevention and exclusion for abortion. Their body their right their choice just like the hypothetical 700lbs guy. It's a Health Issue thus same privileges and or lack of them should apply.

This really is no different than the abortion issue; and unlike the anti-vaxxer issue, my fatness poses no threat to others, unless when I die I fall on someone and crush them.

Medically assisted abortion is a right, according to the Supreme Court. From my libertarian perspective, it's also cheaper than a botched back alley job, or the social support costs of unwanted children over 18 years.

Also as a Libertarian, I say this: Leave me the fuck alone and take your fucking taxes and shove them right up your ass.

Yet after showing me the Canadian Supreme Court ruling I can see where you can and do differentiate between the two.
