Trumpians believe that the PM of Canada wanted to publicly ‘insult’ the President of the United States in front of the world’s media, so he waited until he thought Trump wasn’t near a TV to ‘insult’ him - again in front of the world’s media - thinking the president would never hear about it if he wasn’t near a TV?
