Calls for the assumption that the tap caused the acceleration. I don't make assumptions. Perhaps the acceleration was planned, and the tap was incidental. Perhaps he was waiting for a white girl to get out of the way. All assumptions. Nothing we internet CSI types are going to solve ourselves.

At numerous demonstrations against Trump the left blocked roads and beat on any cars that attempted to get past them. In this circumstance the leftists were illegally marching and they blocked what was an open public street. Had there been permits the street would have been blocked and police would have redirected traffic - note that there were other vehicles caught in the illegal march.

That said, I personally do not give one single fuck about the woman who died. She was in the street illegally and she was supporting a violent assault against people who, like them or not, enjoy the same rights as everyone else to peaceably assemble.

The car had slowed, almost stopped.
