In the event shit hits the fan 410 Squadron Hornets are fully combat capable.

In the event shit hits the fan I'd imagine 410 is going to need all of it's jets for pilot training. Besides, they would constitute a marginal boost at best. Granted 25% boost is 25%, but it's 25% of 48 jets. I'd sooner see a significant increase in full blown 24 unit combat squadrons.
