Whatever, the number of nude pictures I see every day, including sexually explicate ones has kinda puts seeing naked people into the realm of, 'Oh nice tits, but I have more important things to do; Someone is wrong on the internet and I must prove it.'

He makes his living off of these people, and I would assume all of Hollywood is sympathetic to the plight of the victims being that they all put up with harassment on a regular basis.

If the person has been given content, they should be free to do anything they want with it, without any legal limit from the person in the content.

From what I've read, that's the best way to deal with situations like that. Especially if your famous. Copyright the photos then claim infringement on the offending sites. You won't get all of them of course. But you can get them off a lot of sites.
