Delwin Delwin: Haha. Yup. Gotta love that my family predates that law stuff. Well, sorry guys my family predates Internet laws. And my ancient ancestors predate all laws, and borders for that matter, so I'm gonna go where I want do what I want. Now where did I put my animal skins and hunting spear? There's a ranch in Nevada I need to visit. This is where I'd like to see some Natives go all tribal on his ass, with talk about his family predating the law. I don't buy that stuff from them, I'm sure not going to buy it from Al Bundy.

This is great. I have always been interested in getting in to farming but can't afford land. Im thinking of maybe just grabbing a couple head of cattle and bringing them to Tam O'Shafter Golf Course. My family predates that golf course.

You'll never make it. You don't even know the diff between farming and ranching, cityboy.
You're much better off growing pot on a golf course - free fertilizer and water. Growing pot predates the law against it, after all.

The United States honors both Spanish and Mexican land grants and there are a few of these remaining in Florida, California, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. These people hold what's called 'alluvial title' and they are exempt from having property taxes or other fees and assessments being levied on their lands and the US Supreme Court has consistently refused each and every act of government to contravene these land grants. That said, if Bundy's grazing rights do, indeed, predate the Federal government in Nevada he may well be stating a fact that the courts will uphold. Given that the BLM has uncharacteristically retreated in this case then this may well be a factor in the situation.

The truth is Eric Holder wants his land to continue Fast and Furious, where's my tin foil hat?

Good move. Let's give the land to the guy who doesn't pay fees instead of using it for a project that will create jobs and provide energy. That's how you run a business. Certainly seems like that is what the public should do with public land.

BRAH BRAH: The truth is Eric Holder wants his land to continue Fast and Furious, where's my tin foil hat? Actually if you want a conspiracy that fits here, and there most likely is something to it, it's this one.

I've heard of other instances of grouping people to manage resources. They're called towns. Methinks this conspiracy is deeper rooted than meets the eye.

Kind of wondering if there's something going on in the background here that has the potential to turn really big really quickly, like in the long-expected style of The Turner Diaries. Between this old crank in Nevada, the KKK shooting at the Jewish centre in Kansas yesterday, and that April 19 (the specialy-est of all special days for the good ol' boys) is this weekend, something could be ready to burst loose and spread it's venom across the entire US. They've been saying for decades that it's been going to happen eventually, and maybe this year is finally it.

Man, those Christians eh? What some of them come up with. If it's the end of days, the Jews better watch out, because 2/3 of them are going straight to hell.

It was confirmed this morning that the shooter in Kansas is the head of an extreme KKK group from South Carolina.
I doubt all the good ol' boys are Klan. But it's just as likely that they're willing to hold their noses and work with them in the more important work of getting rid of ZOG and the Obamunist once and for all.
I said five years ago that I'd be genuinely surprised if President Obama got through his entire term without having to deal with these guys in some type of major incident, a la the Oklahoma City domestic terrorist bombing. That major incident hasn't happened yet. But there's been hundreds of smaller incidents of right-wing violence since the inauguration in 2009. And events can cascade quickly in the blink of an eye into an unpredictable maelstrom.
It's just something buzzing in the back of my head the last couple of days. The Kansas shooting made my antennae stand up straight. All the security agencies in the United States completely missed what Mohammed Atta and his team was up to prior to Sept 11 2001, even though so much of it was out in the open with warning signs by the dozen. Being bureaucratic in nature they're just as likely to miss something big in the works again, maybe even moreso considering it's a lot easier for a domestic terrorist or movement sympathizer to infiltrate a government agency and route intelligence in the opposite direction than it would be for a Muslim to do the same.
Like they said about a dozen times in the Star Wars movies, I've got a really bad feeling about this. I'm not going to be surprised in the slightest if something seriously big, bad, and genuinely awful is about to go down in the US.
