Killing a guy in another mans lawn is murder.

Your opinion is fine, but not fact.

Geesh, you are SUCH a sexist moron.

Brenda Brenda:
You should also read the part of this topic where I say, that during that pregnancy, 2 of my friends had an abortion. 1 of them (already a mom) that I was furious about, and one that I found completely understandable.

Maybe now it is time for you to go back to school, and learn how to read, instead of killing innocent bystanders while you try to defend your lawn from a drunk guy stealing a bit of grass.

I hear Europe calling, it wants you back.

Brenda Brenda:
So basicly, you say: It depends on the situation whether it is correct or not?
(which makes the choice-point )

There is a line for choices too.
I had not considered the mental health of the Parent(s)-to-be.
That is a possibility I will concede if you are that mentally unstable. But adoption works there too.
I wouldn't consider someone being stressed over a pregnancy that they could easily have prevented to qualify.
However, do you think as an example that a woman who comes in to the clinic for her third abortion of the year should perhaps face some kind of discipline?

Abortion is interrupting the most highly organized living process.

Lets get things straight here.

I would love to see the abortion # go down to 0. But that will never happen. The situation you scetch, makes me sick too.

But, although I haven't had one myself, I am glad I have the choice.

Murder is the killing of a person. A fetus isn't a person. Ipso ergo, it isn't murder. And piss off if you're going to call a fetus an "unborn child". Two things. Firstly, if you have to preface "child" with "unborn", you're acknowledging its not a child. Secondly, "unborn" is a meaningless word. A typewriter is also "unborn". Call it what it is: a fetus.

You'll sleep easier, plus you won't have to drink as much Hwacky.

You don't think that giving birth and then giving the baby up for adoption wouldn't be a stressful decision?

Sure, but I doubt that happens very often. Having an abortion is not healthy, nor is it a decision to be taken lightly. You do it because you have to.

So you won't mind me kicking your pregnant wife in the gut, if she aborts I only get charged with assault. Even at 8.5 months.

As I said, I don't consider stress from negligence qualifies, especially in such a serious matter.

I don't have any "stats" on how often it happens but doing it because you "have to" is also subject. What is your reason for having to? Drink too much last night?

If you kicked my wife period, there wouldn't be anything left of you for the Crown to prosecute. But, I'm sure the forum appreciates your casual use of violence against women to poorly illustrate a point you didn't end up making.
