He has also been charged with other stuff, and charges have been dropped. You fail to mention that part.
So when we are going to accuse each other of "failing to mention things that happened during his life", we might as well just stick to all the facts, no?
He has not only been arrested, he has been found guilty already.
Well that's the way profiling works. If you think you can do a better job, become a citizen, give up your current job as a (?) and apply for a position.
