I agree with him about Europe but not the USA. Here we're so ingrained with the opinion that we have power over the government that, save radicals on both extremes, the majority realize that any revolution need only take place at the ballot box.


I agree, I just can't see this happening in an armed society myself.

What the hell do Europeans have to riot about?

The generous welfare state changing retirement age from 55 to 62, oh...the horror!

If the countries in Europe that should be rioting aren't (Bulgaria, Romania), then there's no reason to even ponder the subject. Most countries in Europe are experiencing good growth, especially the former Habsburg nations, which are becoming Europe's new industrial manufacturing base, along with Germany itself, which is posting 8% annual GDP growth!

Europeans have a very bright future ahead of them. The same can't be said for the middle east, and africa.
