Read into it what you will but there is one undeniable fact: this is not precedent setting - it is precedent based. This judgement relied upon several established precedents going right up to the Supreme Court of Canada.

And those precedents lay out that you DO NOT have the unbreachable right to be a complete asshat to your kids after you die. If you have an estate, you have to give each child fair consideration. This miserable fuck didn't, and that's why his will was overturned.

Are you fucken kidding me, a judge has the balls to decide what "moral obligations" the parent has to his adult children? Once you turn 18 your parents have NO obligations to you.

Pretty much, its like that mom who abandoned her kids and is now sueing them for $800 each a month in support. I personally plan on supporting my parents when they need to but thats my choice the court should not be able to order me to by saying i have a "moral obligation" since the legal system is filled with the lest moral people in our society.
