As the article says, the stoning is often changed to hanging, and there was a recent decision to make all executions by hanging - even if they're sentenced to stoning. And they do wait until the woman has given birth. (I wonder how she got pregnant while in jail for 4 years. Rape possibly.)
My point isn't that I think Iran is doing a wonderful thing. Only that the US gets all high and mighty, yet carries out executions itself. Including as we know, many people who are innocent.
This woman in Afghanistan was pregnant, and shot to death.
The other one says that she is convicted and to be executed, while you said they do not execute pregnant women.

Anyhow, when was the last time the US executed a pregnant woman for adultry?
