Gunnair Gunnair:

By and large, the police are reactive, not proactive. When they do catch the bad guys, the courts might give'em a slap on the wrist before they turn 'em out on the streets to carry on in their ways. Until such time as our 'justice system' grows some balls, frontier justice it is! Now. What was the question?

 Noted.

Wait till some self proclaimed shitiot of a sheriff fires blindly into the night and kills some innocent bystander.

Wonder if all the responsible gun owners out there will bay for some accountability or will it be the price of doin' bizzness?

Depends on how you look at it, Laddie. The thieves valued the property they were stealing more than they valued their own lives. Such are the ways in the area that they 'do business in'!

You want accountability? So do we. By no means is a shot from a 22 cal, and a broken leg near enough punishment for these low-lifes!

See how far that kind of extremism pushes your agenda.

My agenda??? 'My agenda' is, that I believe proper training for those wishing to own/use firearms/weapons.
'My agenda' is that I will use whatever means, and whatever force I deem necessary to deal with any situation I'm faced with.

'My agenda' is covered by 3 simple rules which I live by. They have brought me 'this far in life, and will see me through to the end'.

1-"Don't fuck with me".

2- "I fuck back".

3- I decide what constitutes 'fucking with me'!

Proper training is firing blindly after an unknown target?

Sorry - your idea of proper training sucks.

Go for it. Have fun in jail.

Again, have fun in jail. The justice system may not agree with your need to be a vigilante.

ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

If we are going to liberalize our laws regarding defense of property,
it is essential to also arrange proper training,
and yes, some sanctions if people carry things too far.

It's easy to see the definition of carrying things too far has a wide scope though.

Intruders; Handload a bunch of 12 gauges with salt pellets and a light load. Not fatal but burns like thunder. Lets folks know you mean business.

Question about innocent By-Standers. How many Innocent By-Standers wonder around you property after dark?
On occassion have rabbits and every now and then a skunk.
Rabbit=supper.
Skunk; We let him go his happy way.

There are laws that define the civilian equivalent of ROE. One does not have the legal right to try to kill someone because they stole their weedeater.

It really is as simple as that.

If some thug busts into your house and you believe he's there to kill you or your family, or that grivous bodily harm may be done to you and or your family, then you can fire away with relative impunity. I support that 100 percent.

I, nor Canadian law, supports trying to kill people for stealing your bike.

For all the arguments on relaxing gun laws to allow responsible Canadians to defend themselves, which I in part agree with, there's a lot of cheerleading for this particular example of amazingly irresponsible gun use.

i think its typical liberal bullshit to claim that i know the intentions of someone that breaks into my castle.

I do not know if he is there to steal my piggy bank or he is there to cause my family harm.

When faced with a decision like 'should i shoot him', there is no debate, I will do what I feel I need to do.

A lot of you guys ought to mind your own business, stay the fuck out of my house, and raise your children to respect the property and rights of others.

Good for you. When someone is in your house uninvited and unwanted, feel free to do with them as you wish. (personally, I think one SHOULD be able to)
However, when someone has been foiled and is running away, shooting them is assault, not self defense.
But why am I NOT surprised you can't figure that out either?

I won't say your argument is typical conservative bullshit, I will say it's your typical bullshit though.

It's thick browed, simple cow-eyed hill-billies like you that endlessly fuck the pro-gun argument over.

Think of the last point of your argument when some retard with a rifle opens up on a kid stealing a lawn chair and hits some innocent bystander two houses over before you deliver another of your brilliant observations, genius.

Add to that, your argument for maintaining the rule of law is done using highly illegal means, and the point of your post seems more like establishing your utter idiocy than pushing responsible gun ownership and relaxing Canada's over restrictive gun laws.
