Ontario and Quebec complaining and complaining about Alberta has been on the front page nonstop for 3 weeks now, to the point the Quebec's own press is starting to get sick of it. That you try and spin it the other way around is just a joke and makes it easy to ignore you in the future.

McGuinty slams Harper for Copenhagen results.

Quebec Premier Jean Charest attended in person, repeatedly attacking Ottawa for not taking a tougher stand on reducing emissions, particularly those produced by the Alberta oil sands.

But this is the first time since the summit that Mr. McGuinty has spoken on the subject and he had unusually harsh words for the Harper government's low-key approach in Copenhagen.
