Well there's plenty of evidence that says it IS happening here in Ontario. Manitoba is not Ontario.
Smart people go where the work is(if they really want to work that is) including immigrants.
All the other provinces combined don't get the numbers of immigrants that Ontario and Quebec get.(with the possible exception of BC)

Ontario's pop. is currently around 12 million people. That's more than 1/3 of Canada's population. 5 million ppl live in the GTA and more than 50% of Toronto are immigrants now.
About half the immigrants to Canada decided to reside in Ontario until very recently. I can tell you right now that there are a FUCK of a lot more than just 6.8% of them that aren't working in Ontario. And there are enough that never have, and never will if they don't have to.
Which now begs the question Curtman. What's the % of Canadian born Manitobans that are unemployed? And what % of the population of Manitoba is immigrant?
It's disingenius to use % to support your claim if the % of immigrant to natural Canadian in Manitoba is fairly low.

Maybe because the percentage of immigrants who actually end up in Manitoba is way lower than that of Ontario and BC.
