I'm well aware thanks but my point is simply that we don't go waving them around in government on the streets that's why we have a lower rate of crime around them. they are for the most part locked up or kept under control thus the idea of "no guns". You never see them in the streets and you would certainly never hear of a "right to bear arms" in Canada.
I'm not sure what country you're from but to me "no guns" means a lack of guns. Not a lack of unlocked guns.
I define it as a lack of people walking around with guns loaded and ready to use.

I guess our look at it varies. Frankly I don't know why you would feel the need to walk around with a gun all the time.
What is there to be so afraid of?
