I don't mean to diminsh the seriousness of this but alot of girls that age look and act far older then they are. I remember a girl in grade 8. Poor girl was a bit of an outsider because she developed early. She was all of 13 and could pass for 18.

Girls mature faster then boys both physicaly and mentally.

I don't want to sound like I'm spinning tall tales but when I worked as a barkeep in the UK there was a local 15YO who developed a crush on me and wanted to be with me. Seeing as I was leaving in a few months and she was a few years my junior I didn't reciprocate.

Still, it wasn't as if she was a virgin and it certainly would have been a travesty of justice had some poor older guy (and there were a few) got pinched for what would have clearly been concensual.

Easier said then done. In my example she and her like aged friends were given free reign of the pub by the owner and I only found out through chance as they didn't announce their age. Of course the UK doesn't have the ID ideology we do.

A 14 year old (or whatever age your gal was) can NOT consent to sex with an adult, even if she's not a virgin.

Tea-bagging anyone who is passed out is sexual assault - there's no consent - and if she's underage that adds a whole other dimension.

She was 15 as stated. A 14 year old cannot by law give consent. That doesn't mean they aren't ready willing and able in a manner that does not qualify as pedophilic acts.
