I recommend taking a look... It's actually quite nice. Olympic standard-ish. Probably not as clean as Vancouver on the ground level, but still, it isn't completely horrific.

As I`ve said before, this is actually quite common, especially in Asia...even the developed areas. The sewage treatment plants have trouble with the processing the paper, and the pipes clog
