But the day, just like Christmas and all that, really loses it's cutesy message at the price tag.

I also don't care if people participate in it fully or not. Their choice. I'm just saying that it's really all about profit in the end and we are all putzes if we pretend otherwise.

Hell I participated, just like I participate in Christmas. Why? Because it can honestly be a ton of fun. I don't delude myself though, the people who made the crap I'm buying don't care about the holiday or it's lovely message.

But why do you care if companies make profit from a "holiday"? If people freely choose to partake then where's the problem?
