You can take it to pm if you'd like instead of trolling.

You can't leave it alone andy can you?

Nope, cause you keep doing this sort of bullshit. Go off on a rant, totally ignoring what the person said, then write agreed when somebody else writes exactly the same thing. I thought you just did it to me 'cause you have the hate on, but I've never seen you and Prax get into it, so I guess it's just a reflex you can't help.

The best one was where I quoted you and you claimed I was quoting myself. Gotta admire the sheer gall.

Exactly. Mushrooms are a healthy, natural alternative.

Yeah, but the smell and "flavour" leave a helluva lot to be desired

EyeBrock EyeBrock:
..... The judge didn't believe that Gilmour didn't realise the relevance of swinging from his own national flag at the nation's memorial to it's fallen.

That's the judge's view, what can one do about that?

I'm speaking based on my own past experience of using LSD in my younger years and knowing that if you take too much and include alcohol on top of that, objects, shapes and reasoning isn't so cut and dry as some might think. Things start to blur together, things can look different from what they normally look like on a regular day.

$1:
I have strong views on this subject for obvious reasons, you on the other hand just like to take a contrary stance for no apparent reason. Your lack of knowledge on all things military is well documented but yet you still feel that you have to troll on these things.

My lack of knowledge in things military is well documented?

How god damn ignorant can you keep getting?

Both my father and brother have been in the Nova Scotia Highlanders, 1st Battalion, my great uncle served in WWII, my cousin recently served in Afghanistan and her former husband operated a Leopard 2 in Afghanistan as well and I had my own little stint in the military in the past.... I grew up having a father that had an entire basement loaded with authentic uniforms, medals, weapons and equipment from WWII which I looked at, held, learned about almost every day of my youth.

In my job before moving to Australia I did signs, work and many other things for the DND & their recruitment centres.

But I suppose none of that will satisfy you until I pick up a C7A1 and drop a few rounds into someone's skull.

So you can kiss my damn ass about my "Lack of Knowledge" about all things Military you ignorant damn troll.

You have "strong views" do you? So I guess that makes whatever the hell you say set in stone and perfectly right without question does it?

I have strong views as well, but at least I have the ability and decency to not take things out of context and spout ignorant claims about things I know nothing about towards other members and acting like my claims about other members are gold.

So spare me your self righteous crap.

$1:
Really, getting your endorsement on his position isn't something any of us hold in high regard.

Kiss my ass.... endorse that.

EyeBrock EyeBrock:
Agreed.

If you agree, then wtf is your problem??

Do you just enjoy ranting off for no reason?

Hey, rant off. I was talking about andy on his lack of knowledge on things military, as was the endorsement about andy. If you read that post it starts with 'andy'.

And the comments of your's that I replied to followed directly after a quote you taken from me, so excuse my confusion on the matter, but a wee bit more clarification might help next time... either way, a quote of what I said was used against someone else and trivialized as something that shouldn't be "endorsed" (even though in the long run, we both agreed on the end conclusion of the court case) .... therefore I felt somewhat involved in the matter.

Based on your post, it did appear to target me. If that was not the case, then I apologize, but you do see how it could have been viewed in that manner?

I got involved after this exchange:
Praxius Praxius:
EyeBrock EyeBrock:
'Took a ride on a flag'.

He disrespected the National War Memorial. A big no-no, especially in a country that has seen it's young men coming home in bags for decades.

He also threw a bin at the convoy in which the heir to the throne was travelling in.

Maybe that means fuck all to you praxious but the Brits were rightly pissed off and the sentence is seen as fair by all I know.

Yes, it does seem fair, when did I say it wasn't? Perhaps you should re-read what I previously posted.

I'm just saying that some in here trying to assume what he was thinking at the time is stretching things a bit. As I said, I'm not defending his actions, but him saying he didn't know what it was, while under the influence of alcohol and acid, could very well be true depending on how much he took.

Again.... that doesn't excuse his actions, but it does disqualify anybody's assumptions over what he was thinking at the time and assuming what his intent was.

EyeBrock EyeBrock:
Swinging off the National Cenotaph's UJ?

Fuck, I'm well wazzed on coke, weed and booze. What's that big fuck-off flag hanging from that huge obelisk in the middle of London? I'm so high that I think I'll kick those wreaths outta the way, climb up those names of the plebs and swing off that red, white and blue cloth.

Oh yea. Being high totally excuses that.

to point out that Prax was not excusing Gilmore's behavior.

Making me the scapegoat now is disingenuous.

Me, I'm just sick of hearing people trying to find excuses for doing stupid things, instead of admitting you fucked up.

Booze, drugs (legal or not), PMS, PPD, depression, state of mind, mob mentality, I'm adopted, my parents don't love me, my parents divorced, I was abused, etc... ad nauseam. If you look hard enough, you can always find something.

In the end, it's about the choices you make. He chose to make a fool of himself and piss off a lot of people, including a judge. It's irrelevant if his judgement was clouded by drugs and alcohol, because he chose to take them.

Case closed...
