Hey, he was watching the nickels and dimes, and looking out for the tax payer's money. Hell he could have waited a couple of days and did the 9+ hour round tripper out to the West Coast and back again, instead he attends a game in Boston to show his support for the Nucks and a 1:20 minute round trip.

The main criticism may be that a Canadian PM when to the USA for entertainment, rather than being dragged kicking and screaming for work.

If I was your PM (you only wish) I would be sure to be present for any Canadian team (less Toronto of course,I'm not brain dead)in the Cup finals. What exactly is everyones beef with this? Becuase you cant do it? Becuase Iggy cant do it and wouldn't have anyway? Because TB Jack cant and wouldn't do it? Having me as your PM (you really should be so lucky) you could be sure I would not hesitate to show Canadian support (remember, the PM represents us Canadians)for our Canadian teams (but not Toronto).
