I hope we can get some British soldiers coming across the pond to join the CF, I know a Brit who did the same but joined up with the Aussies. Great bloke would have loved to have him as my boss.

I cant see I do not think it well ever happen but who knows.... Personally I think you are insane if you join without some sort of plan for life after the military.

Sure, it will. The existing dry dock can handle an Iwo Jima type carrier and the harbour itself has seen super carriers with frequency. A little dredging and a new dry dock and you folks are all set.

That, or you can just annex Maine & Washington and take over the shipyards there.

Actually, with the other cuts Obaaaaama wants, getting a ship complete with crew
might be easier than we think.
