desertdude desertdude:
Exactly mate, glad to see your starting to think the right way up.

I would be pissed too if someone attacked my ship in the wee hours or morning man. Glad to see eye to eye on this

And guess how pissed off I would be if you are intending to run through a blockade to supply my enemy? That's right. The Israelis raided a belligerent ship wanting to break through a blockade to supply an enemy force.

Wada Wada:
I think it's a matter of how the boarding is percieved.

Normally, boarding a ship is accomplished by a boarding vessel which pulls alongside and issues a request to board.

Commandoes repelling onto the vessel is not normal procedure for a peaceful boarding.

What is the difference? So for the activists to percieve these commandos as a non-threat the commandos should have took a boat instead of a chopper? Sounds weird but ok.

There are many reasons why they would have taken a helicopter instead of a boat. Being the ship I saw was infact pretty large but I guess it had to be to carry enough supplies for what gaza needs. Helicopter grappling might have been the easiest for them to board the ship. What vehicle they choose to get there doesn't matter because either one is just a method of boarding a ship.
