I had to sell and move out of my townhouse because of scumbags just like that. Two years late it still pisses me off just to think about it, about how those malingering pothead motherfuckers literally ruined my property and a huge chunk of my life from their shitty selfish behaviour.

So fuck him, and every other shitty "I know my rights!" asshole like him. Hopefully all the dope and alcohol he obviously over-consumes kill him sooner rather than later.

You are right. Hopefully the police will explain that to the caller. All the times I called the police for a day time noise complaint (and these were loud music ones where the police could hear over the phone)they not only didn't respond with a cruiser but phoned about 30 minutes later asking if it was still going on. Makes sense since noise complaints are a low priority. With Peterborough being a large student town it might mean many more noise complaints and thus a quicker response from police is required to keep the peace.
