I used to have an Irish Wolfhound as a kid so this was not a challenge.

I suppose you could use some other poop but, in general, the poop of a carnivore will be far more 'fragrant' than, say cow poop.

@PublicAnimalNO9 Wow. You'd be able to think that at the very least, a minister would be capable of exercising a little Christian kindness and goodwill!

Ramifications: charges for vandalism if it's still on the street, even if it IS blocking my driveway. If it's IN my driveway, same problem.
Although, when I've been able to actually catch them in the act, the pick-axe I had on my porch usually delivered the message once I picked it up and again explained why they can't park there. Told one idiot that the BMW on his car was gonna stand for Big Motherfucking Wreck if he didn't move it..NOW!
Officer, I don't know what happened! This idiot trespassed on my driveway, parked illegally and then appeared at my door saying I slashed his tires. He then threatened me with being punched in the head. I felt my safety was in danger so I threw him off my front porch. Let's see, he is trespassing, parking illegally, threatening me and all I did was defend myself. What do you think officer?

edit:

The other thing to do, if he has parked far enough up is to park behind him, on your own driveway. Tell the foul holy guy that you are home for the day and won't be going anywhere till Tuesday!

I've done that at my condo before. I never got the chance to do it at my house cuz the assholes usually parked far enough back that I'D get a ticket for parking illegally if I parked behind them.
What REALLY pissed me off was, I wan't allowed to have them towed away out of my driveway, which is total bullshit.

Bust out a window, release the parking brake, and push the thing out in the road and then call the police to have it towed as a hazard to traffic.
