That's only because they misinterpreted Levitical Law. Unclean animals are those that you don't eat, not the animal in general. Anyways public safety trumps their religious beliefs

You can't refuse them in the first place because they have a helper/companion animal. No tribunal will be sympathetic to a cab company just because they eventually found a cab that would accommodate the animal. The tribunal has ruled against companies/individuals for lesser transgressions than that, so I can't imagine a cab company would have a snowball's chance in hell.

Tribunals in Canada are a joke. If it came down to a blind person vs a Muslims, my money is on the Muslim winning hands down. Simply because there would be a large uproar from the "Muslim community"

Actually, the whole cab thing is sadly amusing. Try calling a cab company and telling them NOT to send you a muslim driver. They won't send you a cab at all. But some fucking rag-head thinks HE has the right to deny a handicapped person entry to his vehicle because they had a helper animal.
