Well, we did send Charles Ng to the USA to face the death penalty, even though he hasn't yet been executed. It's not a hard-fast rule that we don't extradite offenders if they're gonna face death.

"Where ever they came from" might not take them back, because they are not citizens anymore. And with a capital offence in their names, they will never get a visa.
