Eisensapper Eisensapper:
As shitty as the LS is, it can be useful, say I want to move just four 20L pails of 80w90...

Better an LS than 4 no-hook sappers.

Doesn't mean you don't bitch about it while you are doing it.

And they don't resupply you guys every Monday?

Its usually when our order comes in that could be any day of the week. Then I hop into what ever I can get my hands on either the parts sections Silverado or an HL. Some times the order is small, 1 x case of WD40 or large 4x20L of 80w90, 4x20L of 10w30, 4x20L of 15w40 and then 10x cases of 15w40 1L bottles.

Shit. We always had a guy with the support trade logo on his beret drop each buildings orders off. I assumed it was base supply doing the deliveries for us.

I was under the impression that they have alot more vehicle operation and maintinence qualifications than a guy in a combat trade would have, which is why there is a specific MSE Op. trade. So if there is a specific job for an MSE Op, I would assume that we wouldnèt be qualified for it.

Although based on your response I've got the feeling that I'm going to be wrong.

Nah, if the regiment needs something and there is a course to send a guy on so he is qualified to do it we send him on it. Like I can issue out 404's and my boss can test people on any vehicle he is qualifed on.
