The son of the Big Debt. Still paying and paying and paying ....

Think you need to do some homework..Mulroney left this country in the worst financial situation ever and it took Chretien years to dig us out .. then that fool that is in parliament now gets in and in and after a 2yr spending spree has us in a deficit situation.. those tory brainwash pill you take would be better off flushed down the toilet...

Time and time again you prove whatever meds you're taking, have flushed your brain down the toilet....not that you would have noticed.

Yup...harper is responsible for the world wide recession.

Just as Bob Rae was responsible for the recession of the '90s, and Pierre Trudeau responsible for the recession of the '70s. It's about time for the Conservatives to get some shit piled on them they don't deserve.

Only sheeple need leaders.

I was thinking about that on the way to work. I guess the left needs to dress up it's leaders as charismatic saviors to sway the sheeple.

ridenrain ridenrain:
Almost the worst showing in Liberal history and you guys are either blaming it on:
A) a bad interview from a mean old right wing media
B) Mean old Harper and his attack ads making this the first dirty election ever
C) a misunderstood but brilliant leader.. who all of you now want gone so you can replace him with the next scapegoat.

the crying will continue for a long time....election reform and the bad old right wing media is to blame.

Ben Mulroney would probably give Trudeau some competition  :P

Homework done :
$1:
In percentage terms the debt increases mostly occurred under Trudeau from 1975 on. The Conservatives under Mulroney struggled with them and were able to get them down to about 9% a year by the end of their time in power. Then the Liberals decreased the increases until 1998 when the debt actually dropped, which it has been doing since then.

When you sell a stock and it has gone up $1 from where you bought it, are you happy with that or are you happier getting a 1% increase in the value? It all depends on the original price, n'est ce pas? The debt went up a record 40% in one year under the goofy one you blindly adore.

Ujjal probably would have done better than Dion.

Dosangh readily admits he cannot speak French, so I do not see how he could have done better than Dion if the Liberals would have required a pich hitter in the French debates.
