No-fault insurance? You know how much of a boondoggle that was for the auto industry right? We can't make judgement calls like that. Darwin's law will keep that silliness to a minimum. Enforcement of such a practice on a case by case basis simply is an administrative burden and will only further slow care. We need less bureaucracy in this regard not more.
