But if this guy just wanted to let his daughter start to learn to drive a passenger car a little earlier than usual, then he can do it on his private property in his driveway (In the country I presume he has a pretty long one), or suck it up and wait until she's old enough and gets a learner's or however it works in Sask. Living in the country does not give you immunity to the laws of city folk. If you want an exemption, then write one into the law.
Unjust law. That's rich.
Yeah because learning to drive on a driveway is just the best thing to do eh? *Ok daugther, use drive to go up and reverse to go down and then park..see there you go.* and he's a friken premier not the President of the United States as he just got elected and I doubt he has a vast thousand acre estate in Saskatchewan. Yep, the Saskatchewan with hardly any people in it and vast amounts of space and dirt roads....
Instead of wasting your NDP energy on some insignificant crap like this, take it to the Governor of New York and his sex exchanges. Nope, a person who wants to teach his daughter how to drive on a secluded dirt road in the middle of nowhere is more important. Amazing how people pay the utmost attention to the stupidest things in this country about upholding the law when more dangerous(and significant)things are abound.
In addition the age to learn to drive in Alberta is 14 and unfortunately that isn't the case in Sask but...jesus. What a great leap of intelligence and maturity 14 and 15 has, just like 18 and 19 for the drinking age...get real Mr Dudley Doo Right.
