I think if it was a case where someone didn't a fair trail or where the sentence was way out of proportion to the crime then sure we should maybe step in but that isn't the case with Smith. If anything he was trying to work the system by requesting to be executed.

Why waste valuable resources on a scum bag like this when there are others who are far more deserving.
