I have to agree with Brenda. I would never let my 14 year old out of the house dressed in certain clothing let alone ot a concert.
I know they can sneak around and put on their friends closthes and stuff but that is where you as a parent get to excercise your rights and check up on your kids and stuff. While his actions were not appropriate, they were not out of character for him. That girl did not look 14... he may not have known she was underage.
