I deal with this day in and day out at work. Customers and some of the client staff have an entitled mentality and definitely look down on others. I have one of my staff who doesn't seem to know he is here to actually work

Talk to the Client. Most contracts have a clause where the Client can request a contract employee beremoved. For any reason. The Branch office will have no recourse, but to carry out the Client's wishes. I may or may not have used this clause several times in the past.

Such conspiracies must require college staff to look the other way as well. When you have somebody on the rowing/polo team who doesn’t know the first thing about the sport or a person who lags way behind the rest of the class in academic performance that has to stick out a mile.
