Going forward I’m going to submit a moderator complaint for any jokes/comments that reference “liberals” or “the left” even if they’re not directed at me. I expect them all to be edited. I’m not complaining, I just want to follow the rules.

And one of those rules mentions something about abusing the moderation system.

Oh no not abuse I’m improving it. If an entire joke directed at nobody gets deleted because it hurt some conservative’s feelings then why should a post bashing “progressives” be tolerated? Or why is there a meme thread?
