In the "Wild West" the students typically brought their guns and rifles to school.

Lie.

It was actually quite a normal activity. And despite your pantywaisted upbringing there were no end of schools even into the 1960's that had rifle clubs and etc.

In Sacramento (not too far from where I am right now) C.K. McClatchy High School had a shooting range and the building was only taken down about fifteen years ago.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C._K._McC ... igh_School

On September 19, 1937, the school was officially dedicated. Sitting on 30 acres (120,000 m2), the school included a shooting range, and a band room complete with soundproof practice rooms as well as dressing and music rooms near the auditorium.

It was not uncommon for the students to bring their rifles and pistols to school and there were no problems with this whatsoever.

The practice of kids bringing their rifles to school dated back to the founding of the state (1849) and it persists in a few rural areas where 18+ students who have hunting licenses are allowed to bring their hunting gear to school after an early morning hunt. And no one dies or gets their panties in a knot over this. It's normal.

By the way -5 and fuck you for calling me a liar.
