Job killing might be native to Albert in an environment where the Arabs are dumping oil. I don't know. But there is tons of evidence carbon tax plans are harmful to living standards, and don't accomplish what they're supposed to do.



In Europe there was also a major problem with offsets encouraging fraud. That was with cap n trade though, like what the guy in the pic above will settle for.
